The first Houston area LemonShark Poké is now open in the Westlake Marketplace near Generation Park and Summerwood in Northeast Houston.

We stopped in for a quick bite before the grand opening.  The food is as consistently good as it is in Huffman, the menu remains simple to understand, and the prices are hard to beat.

Michael Collins, the name behind several popular establishments in the inner loop, including The Fish in midtown, will open Wholesome Kitchen and Wholesome Pies under the restaurant group name Wholesome Restaurant Group.

The restaurant is an inviting, modern space decorated in Japanese minimalist style that offers plenty of seating. In addition to fresh food, there is a self-serve beer tap and a full sake menu. The ambiance invites customers to sit down and enjoy their meal, which is vastly different from anything else on the market.

Owned and operated by Houston Custard, LLC, the new location will be located at 4533 Kingwood Dr in front of the HEB Center at West Lake Houston Parkway.

Bibo’s Bistro and Bar is the second restaurant concept in the Houston area from husband and wife team Mary Huynh and Jon Nguyen. Bibo’s menu will include unique twists on Vietnamese staples and select signature dishes from their original location, like boba tea and pho.
