After Four years Yummy Tummy Pastries has expanded it’s show room, added a new tasting room, and has re-branded itself as Yummy Tummy Cake Shop.
The Humble, Texas based Cake Shop has seen extraordinary growth since they opened the doors of Yummy Tummy in June of 2010.
Yummy Tummy’s customer say “Their cakes are SO good… they look nice but taste even better!” — “Best one I have ever seen” — “They are amazing.. Such talented and nice people!!”.
“We needed more room in the bakery for additional work tables and staff, and the showroom was so cramped.” said Ryan Young, Owner and Baker. “Sometimes we would have customers standing shoulder to shoulder in the showroom”
Ryan and Letty Martinez-Monjo opened Yummy Tummy after meeting and working together at The Woodlands Resort and Convention Center Bakery under the direction of the talented Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Pysell.
Yummy Tummy Cake Shop specializes in custom cakes for weddings, quinceaneras, birthdays, family and corporate celebrations, but they can make anything, for any event.
For those times you need a slice of something sweet, Yummy Tummy has two pastry cases full of great flavored items, and a sweet table with cookies and unrefrigerated items. All cakes and sweet treats are prepared on site daily by hand and are offered Tuesday through Friday.
Yummy Tummy is also hiring. They currently have 4 full time, and 6 part time employees, and are looking for 2 qualified cake decorators, and an AM baker for danish, muffins, and croissants.
