Carla, Angie’s daughter is giving Mamma Angie some much needed time away from the kitchen. Carla has teamed up with Chef Adrian Cousin and his wife Dominique from In House Chefs to bring a new dining experience to Atascocita, Texas.

Chef Adrian studied at the Culinary Institute Lenotre. Worked under Master Chef Fritz Gitschner who is one of only 66 Master Chefs in the United States. Chef Adrian has also catered for some the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in Houston.
