Long John Silver’s on FM 1960 to Be Demolished and Rebuilt

Long John Silver’s has confirmed that its restaurant at 9950 FM 1960 in Humble will close in summer 2026 to make way for a complete rebuild.

The existing building will be demolished and replaced with a brand-new restaurant at the same address. The new building is expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027.

According to the company, the rebuilt location will feature the brand’s “True North” restaurant design, a modern prototype that includes updated exterior architecture, a refreshed coastal-inspired color palette, digital menu boards, interior technology upgrades, and an improved layout designed to better accommodate dine-in, carryout, and mobile orders.

The Humble restaurant is a corporate-owned location and has been part of the area for decades.
