CELEBRATES WITH $6 RODEO BURGER IN HONOR OF THE CITY’S BIG SPRING EVENT
The Chicago-style fast casual brand expands Houston footprint and rolls out limited-time Texas-inspired deal exclusively for Perks members
Portillo’s (NASDAQ: PTLO), the fast-casual restaurant concept known for its menu of unrivaled Chicago-style street food, today announced that it will officially open the doors of its newest Portillo’s location in Humble, TX, on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:30 a.m., following a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 a.m.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will include Portillo’s Director of New Restaurant Openings, Liz Leen, who will share remarks. Portillo’s will also present its charity partner, Humble ISD Education Foundation, with a check to support their efforts.
The newest Portillo’s is located at 111 FM 1960 Bypass Road E., adjacent to Deerbrook Mall. The restaurant is approximately 6,250 square feet and features Portillo’s “Restaurant of the Future” design. The smaller-footprint build offers indoor and outdoor seating for a total of about 160 guests, as well as the brand’s signature double drive-thru lanes, Grab and Go area and Portillo’s Pick Up shelves to accommodate off-premise guests. The new Houston-area restaurant joins existing locations in Richmond, Katy, Willowbrook, Tomball and Stafford.
The Deal
In honor of the six Houston restaurants and the city’s big rodeo celebration, Portillo’s is offering its Perks loyalty members the bold, Texas-inspired Rodeo Burger for just $6 for one week only.* The Rodeo Burger features the brand’s classic char-broiled burger on a brioche bun, stacked with thick, crispy bacon, thinly sliced red onion, two onion rings, American cheese and Portillo’s delicious BBQ sauce.
The $6 price is available exclusively to Houston-area Portillo’s Perks loyalty members from March 2-8, 2026. This special one-time offer will be available across all Portillo’s direct ordering channels.
