Master Kang’s Taekwondo is now open in Atascocita

Master Kang’s Taekwondo is now open in Atascocita, offering instruction for kids, teens, and adults.

Located at 12235 Will Clayton Parkway, Suite 3, next to Burger Fresh Humble/Atascocita, the school focuses on more than just physical training. Classes emphasize discipline, respect, confidence, and self-defense in a structured and supportive environment.

Master Kang, the owner and head instructor, began practicing Taekwondo at the age of five. He later became a member of the National Sparring Team in Korea and holds a 6th Degree Black Belt.

His experience spans multiple countries, including teaching and training in Korea, Italy, Africa, and Washington State, where he has worked as both a practitioner and instructor. This Atascocita location marks the first school operating under his own name, a milestone he describes as especially meaningful.

The school is managed by Isis, who speaks both English and Spanish, helping make the program accessible to more families in the area. Master Kang teaches in English and Korean.
