Jambalaya King

Family Owned Jambalaya King opens soon in Atascocita, Texas

NOW CLOSED

Born and raised in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, the Williams family, now living in the Fall Creek area are opening Jambalaya King a Jambalaya Restaurant like they have back home.

Kim Williams says “The main difference in their Jambalaya is, we are not doing chicken and sausage, or pork and sausage Jambalaya like you normally find at local restaurants”. We will have a five meat Jambalaya, with a perfect mix of seasonings with a small kick to it”. They also do not use any tomato in their Jambalaya or gumbo.

Jambalaya King’s menu will also include in season Crawfish, Red Beans and Rice, Boudin, Corn Maque Choux, Cajun style Green Beans, Potato Salad, and a couple of Desserts. If you need to feed a crowd, Jambalaya King also sells in bulk.

They plan on opening with a 28 inside seat capacity in early May 2017, and hope to add another 28 seats outside this summer.
