Groundbreaking of Valley Ranch Town Center set for April 15th

Due to forecasted thunderstorms for the area, the East Montgomery County Improvement District and the Signorelli Company have postponed the groundbreaking of the Valley Ranch Town Center to Wednesday, April 15. For additional information, please see the updated news release attached.

The East Montgomery County Improvement District has announce a groundbreaking ceremony for the Signorelli Company’s Valley Ranch Town Center, to be held on Friday, April 10th at 10 a.m.

The 240-acre Valley Ranch Town Center, situated within the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch, is projected to include 1.5 million square feet of retail, plus a 10,000-seat amphitheater, the 8,500-seat Texan Drive Stadium at New Caney ISD (opened September, 2014), a multi-attraction cinema, and 1,000 multi-family residences.

Located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 South and the future Grand Parkway in Porter.

The groundbreaking ceremony location is at the south end of the New Caney ISD Texan Drive Stadium, 21360 Valley Ranch Pkwy, Porter, TX 77365, and will include speakers from the Signorelli Company and EMCID.

In case of rain, there will be a large tent set up for the festivities.
