Site Preparations Begin for 7 Brew Coffee in Atascocita.

A section of the parking lot at Atascocita Town Center at 19250 W. Lake Houston Parkway near FM 1960 has been fenced off for a new 7 Brew Coffee location.

The $1.5 million project includes construction of a freestanding, 510-square-foot, drive-thru-only coffee shop.

7 Brew offers a variety of customizable coffee drinks, teas, energy drinks, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes.

Construction is scheduled for completion in January 2027.
