A new H-E-B appears to be headed to East Montgomery County.
According to the East Montgomery County Improvement District, the planned 124,970-square-foot store would be located at the southwest corner of Grand Parkway/99 and Valley Ranch Boulevard and include a full-service grocery store, fuel station, and car wash. Construction is estimated to begin in January 2027.
