Cobo’s – Mouth watering, award winning BBQ preparing to open in Atascocita, Texas

We first told you about Cobo’s amazing Barbecue on Facebook back in September of 2013.

Cobo’s is just as good today as it was back then, if not better.

Over the past three years Raul Jacobo, and his wife Monica, owners of Cobo’s LLC have been catering events, cook-offs, and working high profile events all across Houston. Now he says the time is right to open up a spot in Atascocita.

Raul says he plans to open sometime in January 2017.  Once open Cobo’s hours will be Tuesday through Saturday from 4pm until sold out. On Saturdays they will be open from 2pm until sold out. Along with the regular menu, Cobo’s will post Saturday specials on their social media pages.

Raul says they will continue to cook using their Pitmaker Smokers. The new location will have a order window, pickup window, a place to sit and eat, and at his wife’s request a drive through window!  Delivery will also be offered with minimum delivery order.

Raul is the first to tell you that none of this would be possible without the support of his wife and family. His pride and perfection of his product can be tasted as you savor every bite.
