The Egg and I Restaurant confirms they have signed an agreement for a 3600 sq ft restaurant located in the IZZY Plaza at Sam Houston Parkway and Wilson Rd.

David Miller, Director of Real Estate for E&I Holdings, Inc. says, “This will be our 1st restaurant in Humble and our 13th in the Greater Houston area.”

The Fall Creek restaurant will be open from 6am until 2pm Monday through Sunday and offer a full breakfast and lunch menu at all times.

The restaurant will also offer a free private meeting room, free Wi-Fi and a great patio area.

“The Egg and I Restaurant Team is very excited about the growth we see in and around Humble and we continue to look for additional locations in the area.” says Miller.

Clint Hankla with Northwinds Commercial Realty, the brokerage for the center says “the four building retail center, Izzy Plaza, is about 70% occupied with lots of strong, interested parties coming out everyday”.
