Mark told me when he started this business he wanted to have “the biggest, baddest, best engine he could get”, so he mounted a 1.6 liter vortec engine in his Fiber Fighter truck to produce more heat and power than any other cleaning company.  This powerful engine allows his team to clean without chemicals, and pull out about 98% of the water used during the cleaning process. “I can have candle wax, or bubble gum to cleanup and that will melt it right out of the carpet without using any chemical at all.”

“We also carry our own water on the truck,” Mark explained “So when I pull up, I’m not hooking up to the house water, I’m using water that has been filtered, softened, and once it comes through the machine it also runs through neutralizing agents, so anything that’s in the carpet from pet stains, food, past cleaning chemicals, is all neutralizes making the cleaning process 100% green and safe.” — “And when we are on a commercial job, I can have three guys cleaning off this same engine.”

Mark, his wife Amanda and five children live in Walden on Lake Houston.  They are proud to be a part of this community and stressed that they have no hidden fees with their service.
